Blake - Starting 3rd Grade

Here is a picture of Blake before he left for school today. He's in 3rd grade now. I'm also putting his first day of Kindergarten picture in here too - it's the first one. You can see how much he's changed - OR not.

Blake's First Soccer Game of the 2008 Fall Season

Blake's first soccer game with Pride was in Marysville this past Sunday. It ended up getting stormed out after 15 minutes. But Rich got these pictures before that happened. Including the one of really pregnant Sarah walking back from the porta potty.

Cousins

Blake finally got to meet his cousin Ryan this past weekend. They hit it off great. Ryan is 7 and Blake is 8 so they are very close in age and have a lot in common.

Soccer

Soccer season is here and Blake is playing on a Pride Team this year. He normally plays Defender. He has strong kicking legs! In Canal Winchester for Blake's age group there are 3 different Pride soccer teams. His team is the Black Team. Here are a few pictures from his practice last night. Of course Drew loves to go watch Blake and try to get in on some of the practice.

We Traded in the Lexus for THIS today!

I traded in my Lexus today finally. I've had it for 3 years and for those of you who know me, that's about my max on keeping a car. We got this Acura MDX - we needed an SUV because a car is too small for 3 kids. So now when the baby gets here in 5 weeks and 5 days, we'll have enough room for everyone to fit comfortably!

Drew Fell Asleep on the Couch
